Time to set goals for finishing out the year strong. Health, fitness, work life balance …. Whatever your goals may be. In tomorrow’s newsletter we’re talking starting and sticking to new habits, new equipment we’re using in the studio and online this fall and I’m sharing a vitamin rich pomegranate, pecan and citrus chicken salad. 🍊🥬
And getting this newsletter out is one of the new goals on my list! It’s going out a week later than I hoped but I’m sticking to it instead of waiting another month to start. Each month we’ll chat on a new health, fitness or wellness topic (I’m happy to take questions or suggestions on what you guys want to learn or need help with - that’s why I’m doing this!) plus updates on our workouts, and recipes or wellness products I’m loving.
