A different setting, the same intention šŸ˜‡

Filmed in one of Santa Barbara’s historic theaters, wearing the new PARAGON HEATED Collection.

Today I’m sharing 4 Pilates ring variations to target your hamstrings while challenging your core, balance, and control.

Slow down, stay connected to your center, and let the movement do the work.

Which one are you adding to your next workout ? Let me know below šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

This might trigger you, but… Rest isn’t the opposite of ambition.

Sometimes slowing down is the fastest way to move forward.
Not because you’re doing less but because you’re finally giving yourself the space to think, create, and dream bigger.

The truth is… this doesn’t happen naturally , some days are harder than others , believing in yourself is a process !

But It works !

This is the second time I’ve had to do that.
The first was when I left France to build a life in the U.S.
The second is now.

Walking away from something I had built, to make room for something even bigger & different who sometimes can feel uncomfortable !

I’ve learned that every time I create space in my life, I create room for new opportunities.

So no, I’m not slowing down because I’ve lost my ambition.
I’m slowing down because I want to build my next chapter with intention.

Once you’ve taken the risk of leaving what’s comfortable…
believing in something bigger becomes a little easier.

Drop a šŸ¤ if you are ready to believe in yourself šŸ˜‡

Most teachers focus on the exercise.

Great teachers also focus on everything happening between the exercises.

Those few seconds are where you set up the next movement, keep the energy alive, build trust, and create real connection with your room. They aren’t ā€œemptyā€ moments they’re part of the class.

Transitions can completely change how your clients experience your teaching.

This is one of the topics we’ll dive into during my Mat Workshops. We’ll work on creating seamless transitions, stronger coaching, better timing, and a class that feels intentional from start to finish.

Only 3 spots are left for July 21st live & Online at CELƉ WELLNESS

If you’re ready to elevate your teaching not just your exercises I’d love to have you there.

Comment MAT or send me a DM, and I’ll send you all the details šŸ¤

Not every moment in class should feel the same!

There are moments when my clients need my full attention.
They need coaching.
Corrections.
Focus.
Learning.
And I need to be serious to give them my best coaching.

And there are moments when they simply need to laugh & react! Me too !

For me, those moments happen between exercises not during the hardest set.

That balance didn’t come naturally.

Moving from France to the U.S., I had to learn how to connect with people in a completely different culture. My jokes weren’t the same. My references weren’t the same. I didn’t want to become someone else just to be ā€œmore fun.ā€

So instead, I found my way 😊
Teach first.
Connect second.

Ironically, that’s what created the strongest community.

Because connection isn’t about talking more.
It’s about choosing the right moment.

Teachers: do you intentionally create moments to connect during your classes, or do you simply let them happen?

Seventeen months ago, I arrived in Santa Barbara knowing nobody in this room.

Today, I walked out of my last class surrounded by hugs, tears, smiles, and people who have become part of my life.

This is why I’ve never seen myself as ā€œjustā€ a Pilates instructor.

We don’t simply teach exercises.
We create routines people look forward to every week.
We build confidence.
We help people trust their bodies again.
We celebrate victories that have nothing to do with aesthetics.
We create a space where strangers become friends and movement becomes home.

It’s proof that this work has always been about people first.
That’s what makes a studio thrive.

Beautiful equipment, luxury finishes, or a trendy concept will get people through the door once. A connected team with purpose is what makes them come back.

Every class should have intention. Every coach should know why they’re teaching what they’re teaching. That’s how communities are built.

To every single person who stepped into my classes: thank you for trusting me with your movement, your energy, and a small part of your story.
