St. Mary Central Catholic student Ben James received a proclamation Wednesday from the Erie County commissioners, recognizing his wrestling state championship from this past March.

Following this ceremony, James and others then stopped by to see his new celebratory sign on Cleveland Road (U.S. 6) on Sandusky's east end by Osborn MetroPark, also highlighting this achievement: https://tinyurl.com/mr22kx7b

Today, Benjamin James received an official proclamation from the Erie County Commissioners recognizing his State Championship this past March.

Afterward, we stopped to see his new road sign on Cleveland Road near Erie MetroParks.

Thank you to the City of Sandusky, the Erie County Commissioners, and Anna for helping make this such a special experience. Ben truly appreciates all the support from our community!
