✨ Meet Shannon ✨

Many of you may already recognize Shannon from around the studio, and we’re so excited to officially introduce her as one of the newest members of our instructor team!

Shannon first discovered Pilates seven years ago and was immediately drawn to this way of movement. After experiencing many studios over the years, she found a home at Defining You, a place she says has a community unlike any other she’s experienced. 💚

As she completes her comprehensive training through our Instructor Development Program, Shannon is excited to continue supporting clients on their movement journeys.

Outside of the studio, Shannon enjoys exploring Minneapolis, trying new restaurants, attending concerts or games, and spending time with (and spoiling 🤭) her seven nieces and nephews.

Be sure to say hello when you see her around the studio, and help us give her a warm welcome to the Defining You team!

Showing up for yourself isn’t always easy.

Working out is hard.
Waking up early is hard.
Making time for movement is hard.

But so is losing mobility.
So is feeling drained throughout the day.
So is constantly putting your wellbeing on the back burner.

Life will always ask something of you. The question is: which hard is moving you closer to the life you want to live?

We think choosing the hard that helps you feel stronger, more energized, and more like yourself is the way to go, and we’re here to help every step of the day.
