This week was Spirit Week for EU Nordic Juniors 🪩 Our athletes brought lots of creativity to every practice and we ended the week with a party to celebrate Coach Charlie’s last day 🎉😎

We had a great morning on the water Sunday for our Intro to Canoe Racing clinic! We had 7 paddlers and 4 coaches paddling around Long Lake with every participant improving greatly from the start of the clinic to the end 🛶📈

EU Weekend Recap!

🚣‍♂️ It was a perfect morning for EU’s Free SUP lessons at Long Lake in New Brighton on Saturday! Check out the Paddle page on our website (🔗 in bio) to register for other free SUP Lesson opportunities on August 1 and August 4 ☀️

⛷️ Junior skiers George, Louisa, and Edith attended Central Cross Country Skiing Regional Elite Group and Dream Camps with the top skiers in the region! They were joined by coaches Emma and Charlie for a week of time trials, swimming, and lots of good training!

Today EU welcomed Community Partners with Youth to Long Lake for a day of outdoor adventure and skill-building 🚣🌲

Seventeen youth had the opportunity to get on the water and learn the fundamentals of paddling in our C4 canoes with coaches Carlos, Phoebe, and Katie 🛶Participants rotated through three activity groups, spending time both on the lake and at a safe archery station led by Ramsey County staff 🏹

It was a beautiful day to be outside, building confidence, learning new skills, and enjoying time in nature!!
