We don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you’ve been skipping your upper body workouts: STOP 🛑 no more of that! It’s time to train your whole body.
Strong shoulders, back, chest, and arms make everyday tasks feel noticeably easier. Think: carrying groceries, loading up the car with coolers and bags, moving furniture, lifting suitcases, etc.
It also helps posture, prevents and injuries, supports fat loss goals, and helps balance the physique.
And honestly? It’s fun to switch it up! If you’re doing nothing but leg days, you’ll probably enjoy working some new muscles (and your legs will appreciate the break too 💯)!
So, no more skipping upper body, okay?! 👌🏻
