This summer we’re bringing MOVEMENT, confidence, conditioning, rhythm, and community together with TWO beginner-friendly programs:

🥊 BEGINNER BOXING SERIES
8 weeks • Learn the fundamentals of boxing, footwork, defense, conditioning, and real boxing technique in a welcoming environment. Perfect for beginners looking to get stronger physically and mentally.

💃 SOCIAL SALSA WORKSHOP
4 weeks • Learn the fundamentals of authentic social salsa with coach Dayan — rooted in street and social salsa culture (NOT ballroom). Improve rhythm, coordination, confidence, movement, and have fun doing it.

Whether you want to move better in the ring or on the dance floor, these programs are designed to help you feel powerful, connected, and alive this summer.
