We’re excited to officially add Mat Pilates to the Detroit Sweat schedule – our first recurring class time starting June 16 on ✨Tuesdays at 9:00 AM ✨

Designed to complement the strength training you already know and love, this class will focus on:
▫️ core strength
▫️ mobility + flexibility
▫️ posture + alignment
▫️ deep muscle activation
▫️ controlled movement + recovery

Mat Pilates is the perfect addition to help you move better, feel stronger, and create balance in your weekly training routine.

Whether you’re a longtime Pilates lover or completely new to it, this class is for you. 🙌🏻

We are also excited to announce a 🚨FREE demo class Monday 6/15 from 6:30-7:00p 🚨 for anyone who wants to try the class for free!
