🔥 Everyone Wants Results… But Few Stay Consistent 🔥

You can’t out-train a bad diet.
Results come from consistency, clean eating, and progressive lifting — not fasting or quick fixes.

🍳 Eat to burn fat and build muscle.
Your body needs fuel — real, whole foods — 3 balanced meals a day. Fasting won’t get you toned; eating the right foods in a calorie deficit will.

🏋️‍♀️ Lift weights — and actually lift.
Don’t lift the same weight week after week. Challenge yourself, increase the weight, and push your limits. That’s how you burn calories, build lean muscle, and change your shape.

🍻 Drinking slows your progress.
Alcohol delays fat burning and recovery — it’s one of the biggest reasons progress stalls.

💉 Even the “magic” weight loss shot can’t fix inconsistency. You might lose weight fast, but what happens after?
