How many times have you picked up a piece of cake thinking, "I shouldn’t…" as you’re taking a bite?

How many times have you thought, "I should work out…" as you’re lying on the couch with no motivation to get up?

There are lots of things we know we should do...

And a lot of things we shouldn’t do...

But we end up doing the opposite.

It’s hard to fight against human nature.

In your mind, you know you shouldn’t have cake…

But your body is telling you it wants sugar.

You know it’s good to work out…

But your body is trying to save you from feeling pain.

Most of the time, it’s just easier to give in to the urges.

This is why it’s so difficult to change.

And it’s also why willpower is overrated.

If you just have one long and exhausting day at work - your willpower will be non-existent.

You’ll probably give yourself the excuse, "I worked hard today. I deserve a break."

But then that one day turns into two.

Two days into a week.

A week into a month.

Before you know it, you’re not even trying anymore.

Don’t rely on willpower alone.

You see, if I only relied on my willpower...you wouldn’t be reading this post.

I wanted to quit - and I would’ve if it wasn’t for my coach.

She held me accountable and didn’t let me give up when it got hard.

Later, I also joined my team and they helped me grow faster than I ever could’ve on my own.

Alone, I failed. With others, I succeeded.

So don’t rely on willpower - you need people who will hold you accountable.

While I can’t help you too much with healthy eating and exercise…

I can help you if you’re trying transform your entire body and lose the weight you never thought you could.

I know how hard it can be when you’re by yourself.

That’s why I created my mentorship program where I teach people how to transfrom into the person they always knew they could be but didn't exactly know how.

It’s not about motivation its COMMITMENT. I spend most of my days fighting restriction mindset with my eating disorder clients. Diet culture is everywhere especially in the new year.

But instead of thinking about what you need to get rid of in your life to make your life healthier think about what you can ADD to your life to make your life healthier. Think about ADDING nutrient dense foods and ADDING high-quality body efficient workouts 😅

It’s not about eating LESS it’s about eating MORE efficiently with better food combinations.
Instead of being LESS stressed be MORE productive educate yourself so you can make more informed decisions. Think about how much more productive you would be if you got more high quality sleep and had more sustainable energy.

It’s about small subtle changes and your commitment to them every single day.

It’s 2022. Commit to making long term changes and ADDITIONS to your life 💯

Meet Kelly! As you will see, Kelly is looking AMAZING!

Kelly knew she needed a change.. she felt sluggish, was the heaviest shes ever been and could not fit in any of her close that werent stretch pants.

She was unsure as to exactly what worked for her and with all the new variants she was concerned the gym was just too crowded of a place to feel safe and get healthy.
