Meet Susan Gilles Tangen, a coach, athlete, nutritionist, and ray of sunshine ☀️🩵

Susie has been doing CrossFit for 12 years and has seen how the workouts have given her the kind of muscle, metabolic health, and confidence that many 62 year olds struggle to find.

In her classes, you can expect to hear her cheering you on, hyping you up, and maybe telling you to add a few more pounds to your barbell😉
