Johnny has only been with us for a handful of months, but you’d never know it by the way he rips around the gym.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Out of respect for this day and those we honor, ETS Performance will be closed today. We’ll resume normal operations tomorrow.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day as we remember the heroes who will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Why does time management matter?

Because development doesn’t happen randomly.

It happens when:
- Training is scheduled
- Recovery is intentional
- Priorities are clear

The athletes who consistently improve aren’t the busiest. They’re the most organized.

They know when they’re training.
They know when they’re recovering.
They know what matters each day.

If your week isn’t planned ahead of time, you end up reacting to it instead of controlling it…And that’s where progress slows down.

Time management isn’t about doing more. It’s about making sure the right things actually get done.
