The beginning of something bigger. 👀

Limitless 2.0 is officially taking shape.

We’re building this space for the athletes, active adults, and families of Rochester Hills and Oakland County who want more from rehab than simply getting “out of pain.”

More room to move.
More room to train.
More room to bridge the gap between rehab and actual performance.

A clinic built to help you get strong, move fast, return to sport, and keep doing the things you love — without feeling like you’re rehabbing in a traditional medical office.

There’s still plenty of work to do, but every week this vision gets a little more real.

New Limitless Physical Therapy & Performance.
Coming October 2026.

We can’t wait to show you what we’re building. 🔥

“Don’t squat.” “Stop running.” “Take six weeks off.” “Just rest it.”

If that’s the physical therapy you’ve experienced, we get why you stopped going.

Here’s the thing most people around here don’t realize: there is another version of this.

Not the clinic where you’re handed off to an aide after ten minutes. Not the same six exercises everyone in the room is doing. Not a treatment plan that’s really just a list of things you’re no longer allowed to do.

We’d rather ask a better question: what CAN you do?

What can we modify today? What does your body actually need more capacity for? And how do we progressively build back toward the real thing — the lift, the run, the round of golf, the season, the job, the life?

Because “it doesn’t hurt as much” is not the finish line. It’s the halfway point.

Every visit at Limitless is 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Longer sessions. Real assessment. A plan built backward from what you want to get back to — not forward from a protocol.

Getting out of pain matters. But the goal is a body that can do more.

Swipe through to see exactly how we do it, and what your first visit actually looks like. No mystery.

If your body is holding you back, let’s figure out why. You don’t need a diagnosis or the perfect medical term — just tell us what’s happening and what you want to get back to doing.

👇 Comment CAPABLE and we’ll send you the details, or drop a DM.

⚾ Rochester Raptors families — this one’s for you.

One of the greatest misconceptions in youth baseball is that an athlete is “fine” simply because they don’t have pain.

The reality is that many movement limitations, strength deficits, and asymmetries can exist long before an injury ever occurs. That’s why we’re excited to partner with the Rochester Raptors to help athletes stay healthy, perform at a higher level, and continue developing throughout the season.

At Limitless, we believe injury risk reduction starts with objective data—not guesswork.

Through our comprehensive baseball performance assessment, we’ll help identify opportunities to improve:
✅ Shoulder and elbow health
✅ Lower-body strength and power
✅ Force production and asymmetries
✅ Movement quality
✅ Overall performance potential

Whether your athlete is trying to stay on the field, throw harder, or simply build a healthier foundation for the future, this program was designed with them in mind.

Watch the video below to learn more about what we’re bringing to the Rochester Raptors this season.

What are your biggest questions or concerns about keeping your athlete healthy throughout the season?

This is what treatment actually looks like for a college linebacker with repeated stingers.

✔️ Targeted neck stabilizers
✔️ Endurance before impact
✔️ Nerve-specific strengthening

Not guessing.
Not generic exercises.

Part 3 of 3

👇 Athletes — does your rehab look like this?

07/31/2026

If stingers keep happening, it’s usually not bad luck.

It’s a capacity problem — the neck, nerves, and stabilizers aren’t tolerating contact yet.

For parents & coaches:
this isn’t about pulling athletes from football.
It’s about preparing the neck for it.

Part 2 of 3

👇 Parents/coaches — have you seen this?

Hip airplanes aren’t about balance.
They’re about controlling rotation.

The goal is for your pelvis to rotate around a stable hip — not sway side to side chasing range.

If your hip clicks, shifts, or feels unstable, this control piece is often what’s missing.

Slow it down.
Shrink the range.
Own the rotation.

👇 Comment HIP if you want regressions or progressions.

07/31/2026

This small setup detail changes everything.

In Copenhagen bridges, knee position determines whether the adductors can actually help stabilize the hip.

These short-lever progressions are one of our go-to tools for people who feel unstable during cutting or lateral movement.

Save this if alignment was never explained to you.
👇 Comment HIP if you want regressions.

Unstable hips don’t need less load —
they need better load.

The B-stance deadlift lets you challenge one hip while keeping just enough support to stay aligned and controlled.

This is often the bridge between rehab and real training — especially when single-leg work feels sketchy.

Save this if loading your hip feels intimidating.

Pickleball doesn’t take days off—and neither does Toki.

As a US Open gold medalist and NPL pro (OKC Punishers ), she comes in 3–4x/month for performance tune-ups to keep her moving at the top of her game.

In this session:
*Cupping for neck pain relief
*Footwear/lacing strategies to reduce irritation
*Real talk about staying durable through a long season

At Limitless, we blend education, advanced mobility, soft tissue work, and recovery techniques to help our athletes feel their best—because pain shouldn’t dictate performance.
