Every Third Thursday from 5-6pm, it's Game Day at Nova Jiu Jitsu! One hour of non-stop games, open to kids of all ages.

Whether it’s a team ski/snowboard trip, rock climbing, go karts, birthday parties, or just a random evening filled with games, food and hanging out, we love creating opportunities for our Nova Kids to build friendships with their teammates both on and off the mats!

We had a great time at yesterday’s tournament in Syracuse, NY! 🥇🥇🥈🥈🥈🥈🥉

Teo started us off strong with a GOLD 🥇medal performance in the gi. Then he followed up with another Gold 🥇in his no-gi division!

Elson fought up a weight division AGAIN (third tournament in-a-row) and came away with 🥈🥈. Really showing some great heart and resilience out there! 💪

Kaleigh had some really strong exchanges and close matches ultimately coming away with two well-deserved 🥈🥈 as well! We know she’ll be back more prepared than ever for the next one. 😎

Josevon had the biggest division of the day and still managed to secure the 🥉 in his grey belt debut! Now that he’s had a taste of the higher skill level in that division, we can’t wait to see how he rises to the challenge for the next tournament! 💪
