⚾️🥋First Pitch Raffle! has an incredible 618 students coming the Rochester Red Wings game this Saturday!

🖥️ Still need tickets? Look for section 206-209 and join us!

⚾️Saturday June 20th gates open at 5:15pm and the Demo Team will perform on the field at 6:00pm. With the Cocos Locos giveaway and Little League Parade everyone will be lined up around the building! Get there early to see Spikes and Mittsy perform with us on the field! Bruce the Bat Dog will be fetching bats and there are fireworks after the game! Wear your MKTKD tshirt and join over 600 MKTKD families in our section. Can’t wait to see everyone at ESL Ballpark!

🙌❤️👏Like this to congratulate the preschoolers on a fantastic performance. At the end of each year, all Doodle Bugs Children's Learning Academy children participate at our dojang to show their families what they’ve learned throughout the year. We are so proud of everyone!

Wednesday Wisdom 🥋 A Black Belt is a White Belt that never gave up.

Taekwondo teaches us that progress is rarely a straight line. There will be setbacks, detours, and challenges along the way.

What matters is not how quickly you reach your goal, but whether you have the perseverance to keep moving forward, the self-control to stay focused, and the indomitable spirit to never give up.

Every Black Belt is a reminder that success belongs to those who continue the journey.

Today we celebrate a remarkable leader, mentor, and pioneer whose impact on Taekwondo has touched generations.

For more than 75 years, Senior Grandmaster Kim has dedicated his life to the study, practice, and teaching of Taekwondo. His journey has inspired thousands of students, instructors, and masters around the world to pursue excellence both on and off the mat.

🥋 One of the early pioneers who helped grow Taekwondo throughout New York State and the United States
🥋 Founder of the New York State Taekwondo Association
🥋 Inaugural President of Kukkiwon New York

Kukkiwon is the World Taekwondo Headquarters, and with an estimated 80 million practitioners around the globe. Our Black Belts are now part of a worldwide community united by the values and traditions of Taekwondo.

As we shared during the ceremony, earning a Black Belt means becoming part of something larger than yourself. Your belt is not just a symbol of your personal achievement—it represents your family, your instructors, your training partners, and your dojang.
