Eastern Sky Aikido Kokikai Aikido is a defensive martial art. We teach tools and techniques for improving mindset, posture, relaxation and physical well being. Our "strongest state."

We are a not for profit martial arts school. It is our goal to share the philosophies and practice of an art that focuses on helping individuals find their strongest state. Our modern society is fueled by stress and distraction. Aikido is an art (way of life) that, through practice, provides techniques and strategies for handling conflict on any level. We are faced with personal, familial, professional, social; environmental issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our ability to cope and maintain a sense of strength and self-worth makes all the difference. Happiness is Ki!
