Legs lifting keeping you from a roll up?

Try this chair variation. In a roll up, your legs are your base holding you down while you lift your upper body up. The heavier they can be, the easier this exercise is. If your legs start to lift up, you’re sending yourself in the wrong direction. The legs are sending you backwards towards the floor as you’re trying to go forward towards your feet. The light pedal on the chair helps us find the exact location in your rollup that your legs start to take over and lift. This allows you to train in that really challenging spot to strengthen the abdominals and teach your body how to keep your legs heavy during a rollup.
