Sports teach discipline, accountability, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

As a coach, my job is observing and offering feedback that allows students a chance to improve. We provide students an opportunity to stack chances on top of chances to improve. This is how we prepare students by offering them a chance to improve every day.
It's more challenging these days to coach students looking for instant results without doing the work. Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts to becoming a better athlete or a better student. You have to do the work consistently and trust the process before looking at the scoreboard.
