✨Meet Marge ✨ Yoga Instructor at The Shed | Wednesday evenings 5:30pm and 7pm
Marge (she/her) is a self-described lover of movement (and) language. With a BFA in Dance, an Italian contemporary circus arts degree, and an E-RYT 500 YACEP Yoga Alliance credential, her movement background spans artistic gymnastics, classical and contemporary dance, hand balancing, acrobatics, and over 1,500 hours of yoga education.
A lifelong mover and teacher, Marge began teaching dance at age 15 and has been guiding others into meaningful movement experiences ever since. Her classes weave together strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness with a creative and exploratory approach that encourages students to move with curiosity, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Known for thoughtful sequencing, a playful spirit, and a belief that movement should feel both intelligent and enjoyable, Marge invites students to explore what their bodies can do while honoring where they are today.
When she’s not on her mat, upside down, or rolling around on the floor somewhere, she can likely be found completely horizontal at home—watching TV with her dog or steeping deeply in a hot bubble bath.
