🧠💪🏼 Educating myself on how the brain and body work together, I coach parents through the complexities of managing big emotions with their kids. Instinct alone is not enough to raise empowered children; it requires intentional strategies and understanding. I've worked with over 500 families and witnessed the positive impact of focusing on positive connection and healthy attachment.
⭐ This work is a lifestyle up-level, not just a few tricks. I know from personal experience that when you commit to the process, it works. Creating routines, managing agreements, navigating big emotions—these skills are learned and evolve over time. I specialize in teaching and coaching parents on when and how to use agreements, as well as supporting them in building resilience and connection with their children.

In big moments, I coach myself to respond instead of react, knowing that yelling has a negative impact. I am committed to helping parents break through their own barriers and discover new ways to navigate the challenges of parenting.
