This FRIDAY- SEPTEMBER 4 — SPORTSMAN’S SWAP MEET + FUNDRAISER
3–8 PM | FREE ADMISSION | OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Come browse, shop, visit with vendors, and see what treasures you can find at our Sportsman’s Swap Meet!

We’ll have lots of vendors bringing sportsman-related items, gear, equipment, and more. And if you have something you'd like to sell, we still have tables available!

This weekend is about more than just shopping. ❤️
10% of ALL food sales Friday and Saturday will be donated to Cole Punches, who recently had a stroke. Help support his road to recovery.

To make an even bigger impact, Boyd Financial Services, LLC will MATCH that 10% donation! So come hungry — your meal can help make a difference.

We’ll also have a Dessert Table at the Swap with lots of goodies for sale hosted by some of our R***e, Pistol & Archery Range members, with proceeds going directly to Cole.

We’ll be doing some tournament setup and hosting the Registered Shoot this weekend, so please pay attention to the following range closures:

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 — TOURNAMENT SETUP

5-Stand — CLOSED
Trap 3 — CLOSED
All other ranges operate as usual.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 — TOURNAMENT SETUP

🔴 Red Sporting Clays Course — CLOSED
⚪ White Sporting Clays Course — OPEN
🔵 Blue Sporting Clays Course — OPEN

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 — REGISTERED SHOOT

🔴 Red Sporting Clays Course — CLOSED until 3 PM for the Registered Shoot. If you are not participating in the tournament, please wait until after 3 PM to use the Red Course.
⚪ White Sporting Clays Course — OPEN
🔵 Blue Sporting Clays Course — OPEN
Trap — OPEN
S***t — CLOSED
5-Stand — CLOSED

A note from us at the Hodag Sports Club-

🎯 R***E, PISTOL & ARCHERY RANGE — IMPORTANT REMINDER

A friendly reminder to all HSC members and guests about the rules for using our R***e, Pistol & Archery Range.

⏰ RANGE HOURS

Range hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR sunset — whichever comes first.

Please do not use the range outside of these hours. This is important for safety and to ensure we are following our established range policies.

The range is under video surveillance. Range activity is monitored, and violations of range hours or other range rules will be enforced in accordance with HSC club rules.

👤 WHO CAN USE THE RANGE?

The R***e, Pistol & Archery Range is MEMBERS ONLY.

Members must purchase a $5 gate key to access and use the range.

Please make sure you have your HSC membership card with you whenever you are using the range. You may be asked to show your membership card to verify that you are authorized to use the range.

There are a few exceptions:

• Members may purchase a $10 Day Pass and bring a guest — see the requirements below.

• We host a limited number of competition shoots that are open to non-members.

• We offer special sight-in days with a $10 Day Pass ONLY during the week before Gun Deer Season in November. These dates will be announced through Facebook and email.

🎟️ NON-MEMBER DAY PASS — $10

The following rules apply when a member brings a guest:

• The $10 Day Pass must be purchased in person by an adult HSC member. Day Passes may not be purchased by minors.

• The HSC member must complete the Day Pass card in its entirety.

• The actual date of use must be written on the Day Pass card at the time of purchase.

• The HSC member must retain the pass stub as proof of purchase and present it at the range if requested.

• The HSC member assumes full responsibility for their guest and must accompany the guest while they are at the range.

These policies are in place for safety, security, and the enjoyment of all our members.

Please follow the posted range hours, membership requirements, and guest policies. All violations will be addressed and enforced according to HSC club rules.
