Hodag Dome friends - Beginning Sept 1, we will once again be taking reservations for pickleball courts, tennis courts, and batting cages Sundays-Thursdays throughout the school year. Fridays will remain first come, first served with no reservation required. Here are a few things to know following our remodel and software upgrade:

🏓 Our courts have been repainted. We have added 2 additional pickleball courts to Tennis Court 4, for a total of 12 pickleball courts. See the attached diagram.

🏓 Our new reservation rates are as follows for people residing within SDR boundaries: Pickleball court $6/hr, Tennis Court $12/hr, Batting Cage $6/hr, and Golf Simulators $15/hr. Non-resident rates are double that of residents. See attached chart.

🏓Every adult using a reservable space will be required to have either a Dome membership ($20/yr residents or $40/yr non-residents) or a $5 daily guest pass. Current memberships in the old software will be honored in the new software. No need to purchase a new membership if you already have an active one.

🏓Instructions to make reservations are included below. They will also be available on the Hodag Dome website and on paper in the Dome office. The Hodag Dome staff is happy to help customers learn our new software reservation system. We think you'll find it much more streamlined than our prior software.

🏓Reservation payments will now be made at the time of booking. You will also be able to choose your own court or cage when you make your reservations. Refunds will be offered for cancellations, but all cancellations must be entered by the Hodag Dome staff.

We're excited to watch you all enjoy these newly remodeled spaces!
