We had a great AED and CPR training today at The Plex!

Thanks to all that attended and to Tim Lewis from the American Heart Association for providing this training!

We also had a guest speaker- Jeff Wilson, from Toledo, shared his survival experience today. He suffered a heart attack at age 55 while playing pickleball and CPR and an AED saved his life. Incredible!
