Due to the extreme heat and humidity inside the facility, we are going to cancel our Primers class this evening. With our younger athletes, their safety always comes first, and we don’t want to take any unnecessary chances in these conditions. All other Middle School, High School, and College classes will run as normal! Stay hydrated, bring plenty of water, and we’ll see everyone else at their normal training times! đŸ’ȘđŸ”„

Summer went too good, so we’re going to run it back for the WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR! đŸ”„

After a great summer working with Brookville Athletics, we’re excited to officially continue our strength and conditioning programming throughout the entire school year! Our goal is to give Brookville athletes access to high-level, science-based programming built around developing strength, power, speed, durability, and overall athletic performance. Athletes will have structured workouts designed by No Name Athletics, with the ability to log their training and performance data so we can track progress and continue making adjustments throughout the year. This is about creating consistency from the offseason into the competitive season and giving coaches and athletes the tools they need to succeed. Summer was just the start—now it’s time to keep building. Brookville × No Name Athletics. LET’S WORK! 😈đŸ’Ș

RECOVERY ROOM UPDATE! đŸ’ȘđŸ”„

Our Normatec boots, hip attachments, and arm sleeves are all back up and running in the recovery room! Take advantage of them after training to help promote recovery, improve circulation, and get your body ready for the next session.

One very important reminder: Please ONLY use a Hyperice charger when charging any of the Normatec devices. Using a different charger can fry the circuit board and damage the unit. If you’re unsure which charger to use, please ask one of our coaches before plugging anything in.

We want everyone to enjoy the recovery room and everything it has to offer—just help us take care of the equipment so it stays available for everyone!

Train hard. Recover right. Come back stronger. đŸ’Ș

It’s that time of the year again! đŸ“šđŸ‹ïžâ€â™‚ïž

As summer comes to an end and school is back in session, we’re switching back to our school-year training hours beginning Monday, August 17th. While the schedule changes, our mission stays the same—helping athletes become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more confident in their sport.

Our Middle School, High School, and College athletes will be training Monday through Friday with multiple afternoon session options, while our Primers (ages 6–11) program continues on Mondays and Wednesdays, giving our youngest athletes the opportunity to learn movement, coordination, and weight room fundamentals in a fun, structured environment.

Whether you’re preparing for your season, staying sharp during it, or building toward the next one, remember: great athletes are built year-round—not just in the summer. Let’s make this school year the strongest one yet. See you in the gym! đŸ’ȘđŸ”„

No matter where you are in your athletic journey, we have a program built to help you succeed. Whether you’re looking for a complete sports performance program, want to focus solely on speed and agility, need access to the weight room, or just want to drop in for a session, we have an option that fits your goals. Every package is designed with one purpose in mind—helping you become the best version of yourself.

Our 2x and 3x per week Sports Performance Packages combine speed, agility, and individualized weight room programming to develop faster, stronger, more explosive athletes. Looking to focus on one area? Our Speed & Agility Package is the first half of our sports performance sessions and is dedicated entirely to improving movement, acceleration, change of direction, and top-end speed. Our Athlete Open Weightroom gives athletes access to the strength and conditioning portion of our sports performance program during business hours, while our Adult Open Weightroom offers 24/7 access to the facility for adults 18 years of age or older who have graduated high school.

Need more flexibility? Our Drop-In option allows athletes to attend a single session of our full sports performance program, weight room package, or speed and agility package. If you’re looking for individualized coaching, we also offer 1-on-1 Sports Performance and Personal Training tailored specifically to your goals. Whether you’re preparing for your next season, returning from an injury, chasing a scholarship, or simply trying to become healthier and stronger, No Name Athletics has a place for you.

Friendly reminder: Just because mandatory practices have started doesn’t mean your strength training should stop.

One of the biggest mistakes athletes make is treating the weight room like it’s only for the offseason. The work you put in during the summer is what prepares you for the season—but if you stop lifting, those physical qualities don’t stick around forever.

Research consistently shows that strength, power, and muscle begin to decline after just 2–4 weeks without adequate resistance training. While you won’t lose everything overnight, by the time September rolls around many athletes who completely stop lifting have already started giving away the advantages they worked so hard to earn all summer.

In-season training isn’t about chasing PRs every week. It’s about maintaining strength, power, speed, and staying healthy throughout the season. Athletes who continue to lift appropriately during the season often:

* Maintain higher levels of strength and power.
* Reduce the risk of injury by keeping muscles, tendons, and ligaments strong.
* Recover better from practices and games.
* Finish the season stronger instead of limping into the playoffs.

The teams that are still playing in November aren’t the ones that stopped training in August. They’re the ones that found a way to train around the season—not quit because of it.

Train in season. Stay strong. Stay fast. Give yourself the best chance to perform when it matters most. đŸ’ȘđŸœđŸ†

Every coach wants stronger, faster, more resilient athletes—but knowing why training works is just as important as knowing what to do. Our Coaches Clinic gives coaches a practical understanding of the science behind strength and conditioning, including movement mechanics, bioenergetics, speed development, force production, recovery, and long-term athlete development. We break down complex concepts into simple, sport-specific applications that coaches can immediately use with their teams. By helping coaches understand how the body adapts to training, they become better teachers, better communicators, and ultimately help develop healthier, more explosive, and more successful athletes. When every coach in a program speaks the same language and follows the same training principles, the entire athletic department moves forward together.

We’re incredibly excited for the opportunity to partner with Newton High School and help elevate athletic performance across every sports program.

We’ll be kicking things off with a coaches clinic, where we’ll sit down with the entire coaching staff and dive into the science behind our training methods. We’ll cover what to look for when developing athletes, introduce the fundamentals of bioenergetics, explain how to apply those concepts in the weight room, and provide coaches with practical tools they can use immediately to help their athletes succeed.

Every Newton athlete will receive their own training account, where they’ll complete the individualized programs we design, log every workout, and track performance data. That information comes directly back to us, allowing us to monitor progress, make adjustments, and ensure every athlete continues moving in the right direction.

This is changing the way strength and conditioning is delivered to smaller schools. Elite programming, data-driven coaching, and individualized athlete development shouldn’t be reserved for schools with massive budgets or large coaching staffs.

Every athlete deserves access to high-level training. Every school deserves high-level programming. We’re proud to help make that a reality at Newton and can’t wait to get started.
