Morning everyone. We wanted to thank everyone who has supported our girls on their adventures in New York. With the end of the last school year and both of them playing club volleyball they missed a couple Luge camps. The things for school were a big part of their grade and if they missed that then they would fail that class. So obviously school will come first. Both of the girls did awesome while they were there and Madison brought home a bronze medal. It was awesome to see them up there and to see them compete.
But things have come to an end this year. They weren't asked back to be on the team. I as a parent think that team USA didn't think we showed enough commitment to the team. With the girls missing two camps. But at the end of the day school will come first and their home life will come first. It was a long shot for them to be on the Olympic team and I'm very proud as a parent.
