10 things I did in 2016 that transformed my life

I got real humble. Like hands and knees praying to God to clear all negative forces from my life.🙏🏻

Asked for forgiveness from other people including myself and started practicing forgiveness for others.

Stopped even casual drinking, watching or listening to any fear based or low vibrational movies, shows etc.

Limiting time with other people who speak negativity into their lives and lives of others.

Started reading the Bible✨

Opened my mind to other ways of being. Learned to silence the noise. This is a practice 🧘🏽‍♀️

Found Pranic Healing in 2018💫

Started practicing more character building. Looking within before casting blame on others.

Clearing past traumas and not looking back.

Studying other religions and their common beliefs.

All these are still very much works in progress but I’m almost unrecognizable to the person I was 10 years ago.

Grateful we have the power to change our lives for the better with divine guidance and gratitude.

Day date at Plunj Nordic style contrast therapy in our neighborhood.
Jenna was our host and gave us a quick tour she was super attentive and inviting.
The space was so clean and the changing rooms/ showers were stocked with all the amenities you need.

Jenna offered us an essential oil steam while we were in the sauna session it gets up to 190 degrees in there!🥵

I loved the little touches like the cool face towel and electrolyte shot when you are in the sauna and the hot tea after cold plunging.

If you are in Chandler and have been wanting to try contrast therapy I have a 50% off discount code FIRSTTIMER

Happy Labor Day and bye to summer 2026!☀️

Hope everyone enjoyed these last days of summer.
This summer season flew by for us how about you? What are your favorite moments of this summer?
Our summer was filled with
Family time and road trips
Trips up north with friends and family
Started massage school to get my CLT
Moved homes
Booked out MLD sessions
Transformations Conference
Last minute meet ups with friends

Looking forward to Fall and maybe we can slow down a bit to enjoy the season and hope to at least have to wear a sweater and order a warm drink a few times this year.😂💕🍁

Food as an idol
Vegan
Vegetarian
Carnivore
keto
Paleo
the list goes on and on and I have probably researched and tried most.

Spirit showed me years ago how I was using food as an idol. That I was giving food the power to “save” me. 🙏🏻

I can still fall into this trap sometimes however I experience more awareness around it.

The truth is food is medicine not the end all be all and what food medicine looks like to me can look very different for you. What is most important is mental, emotional and spiritual health, devotion to God.

Nourishing and tending to our mind/bodies so that we can continue to do Gods work in the world is the goal.
We are stewards of this body we have in this lifetime so how are we tending to it?

I’m excited to share more on this topic at the Transformations conference August 14,15 and 16th.

“I didn’t realize how much my body needed this until I experienced it.”

I recently had a lymphatic drainage session with Stephanie, that I booked before heading off on long travel to Nepal and it was truly incredible. I’ve been dealing with inflammation and pain for quite some time, and after just one session, I noticed such a big difference & so did others. My body felt lighter & less sluggish. I had people ask me the very next day if I had lost a lot of weight because they could see it in my face. It was like I had a natural facelift! I was seriously glowing after my treatment.

Stephanie has such a gentle touch. She created a space where I felt completely relaxed, safe, and cared for. You can tell she’s knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The manual lymphatic drainage not only helped ease my inflammation, but also look & feel younger & healthier.

If you’ve been struggling with inflammation, pain, feeling sluggish and way done, I highly recommend a MLD session with Stephanie. It was exactly what my body needed!!

This is what MLD can do.
Before you head off to that trip consider booking a session and find out for yourself.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mamas!

I am grateful for the women who contributed to who I show up as today. Two of those women did not have children of their own but were very much like mothers to me. 🥰

I don’t know what I did to deserve the children and grandchildren I get to have in this life but I’m thankful and heartfilled everyday for the gift.

May all your families be blessed with unconditional love and joy today and always. 💐💖🙏🏻

All the things lymph for lymphedema awareness month.

I had two opportunities this month to attend conferences and expand my knowledge on lymphatic education.
There is so much to know about this system and still so much we don’t know.
Medical doctors get less than a few hours in med school on the lymph system and it’s one of the largest systems connected to our immune system. I’m grateful to have had access to how this system works and work with providers who go above and beyond to learn about the lymphatic system to better serve patients. 🙏🏻💦
