🫶 IT TAKES A VILLAGE 🫶
There are the moments everyone sees…
The homeruns.
The championship photos.
The medals around their necks.
The smiles after a big win.
But behind every one of those moments are countless people who rarely ask for recognition.
The coaches who spend evenings planning practices, entire weekends at the ballpark, and countless hours thinking about how to help each player grow 🥎
The parents who pack the snacks, wash the uniforms, keep score, rake the fields, work in the concession, organize fundraisers, drive countless hours, and somehow still find the energy to cheer from the stands every single game.
The volunteers who quietly say “yes” whenever they’re needed. The ones who set up before anyone arrives and are still there long after everyone has gone home.
And then there are our players.
The ones who choose to put in the extra work. Who practice on their own, encourage their teammates, battle through tough games, celebrate each other’s successes, and come back the next day ready to do it all again.
This is what Central Saanich Extreme is built on 🙏
Not just wins.
Not just championships.
But people who believe in one another 🤗
As another incredible season comes to an end, we simply want to say THANK YOU 🙏
Thank you for every hour, every ride, every volunteer shift, every encouraging word and every act of kindness that often goes unnoticed.
You are the heartbeat of this association.
And while the season may eventually come to an end, the impact you’ve had on these girls will stay with them for a lifetime.
