Maybe you think you need to fix your serve, forehand, backhand or any other stroke before the wins start coming in.... but if that were true...

Then why was I (and so many others) winning matches with double faults or missed opportunities?

It's because nobody goes into a match with the perfect form and 100% accuracy. Not even the legends themselves.

So while you're thinking a WIN comes from having fixed strokes, it's just not the case.

Because amazing strokes alone will not win you the match... it will help for sure, but it's only a piece of the puzzle.

You know you can play better... so what's the deal?! 🤔

The truth is those "rough days" are showing you a gap!

I'm not talking about the once in a blue moon things fall apart, I'm talking about the same issues showing up twice a week or when you play matches.

That is a sign. It means you have not built the foundation needed to support that stroke or movement.

So no matter how much you try to "fix" it, not much changes (or if it does it's very slow) because you're still missing the pieces underneath!

What are those pieces you ask?
- Footwork & Mindset are the biggest
- Fitness level & technique are also important

And the foundational pieces of this are often not taught to adult rec players!
