Costume Day at Sol was a blast! 🎃👻🥋

We had so much fun seeing our kids show up in their costumes and bring some Halloween spirit to the mats! 🧡

Thanks to everyone who joined in on the fun! Happy Halloween from our Sol family! ☀️🦇🕸️

REMINDER 🚨

At Sol, we keep it simple, respectful, and hygienic for everyone on the mats:

• White, blue, or black gis
• No other gym affiliations
• Rash guard underneath, always
• Shoes on when using the restroom

Thanks for respecting the team and the space we share.

Jiu Jitsu gives girls and women confidence, strength, and the knowledge they can protect themselves. That’s priceless 💪✨

Thinking about competing? 💭

Whether it’s for you or your kids, talk to Professor Austin. He’ll help you come up with a game plan and do everything in his power to make sure you’re ready.

You just gotta show up and do the work. We’ll handle the rest together.

Catch him on the mats after class and let’s get you competition-ready!

🎃👻 Things are getting spooky on the mats at Sol BJJ!

This Friday 10/30, we’re celebrating Halloween with COSTUME DAY for ALL kids classes: Kids 1, Kids 2, and Juniors! 🕸️🦇

Come dressed in your favorite costume and ready to roll! 🥋🎃

Parents, a quick reminder that Fridays are No-Gi competition training! 💪

These classes are open to ALL kids, regardless of experience or whether they plan to compete. It’s a great opportunity to challenge themselves, build confidence, and sharpen their skills!

⏰ Classes are held at your child’s normal class time. See you on the mats! 🔥

Some friendships are built on trust, respect, and the occasional choke 😂🥋

It’s always great to see the genuine friendships and mutual respect shared between Professors, even from different academies. Different teams, but a shared love for the art and friendships that go beyond the mats 🤝🙇

Jiu-jitsu is about so much more than what happens on the mats. It’s about finding your people, building friendships, and having a place where you truly belong.

The right community makes you want to show up, sometimes even more on the hard days, because you know you’re surrounded by people who believe in you. 🧡🥋
