foundation in the basics, our program will enhance your physical capabilities and maximize your self-defense skills. You will understand exactly what it takes, mentally and physically, to defend yourself or your loved ones should the need ever arise. DID YOU KNOW? Master Mark GilBride, owner and chief instructor is a sixth degre black belt, nationally certified instructor and was inducted into the USA Martial Arts HALL of FAME as Tae Kwon Do instructor of the year in August of 2004. In July 2007, he was again honored by the HALL of FAME as recipient of a Martial Arts National Service Award.
