Thursday night I have a brand new weight routine (Quadrant 4) for you all!! It's an amazing routine and you will love it. However, you NEED to bring a light set of weights (2 to 3lbs) for one of the songs. Then a medium weight for the other songs. Don't forget to invite your educator friends, they get in free this week! As a SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE EDUCATORS AND STAFF who help shape our community, the Family Life Center at First Baptist Church Ozark is offering free access to our women's fitness classes for teachers, administrators, and staff during the first full week of school, August 24 - 28, 2026. You simply need to show a valid school ID (and fill out a liability form.)

Our evening class schedule for the week of Aug 24 -28 is:
Monday, August 24 5:45 pm Zumba
Tuesday, August 25 5:45 pm Dance & Tone (special time!)
Thursday, August 27 5:45 pm Strong Nation w/ Weights

🚨Important STRONG schedule update: It's back to school time, so that means a small change of schedule. 🚨
We WIll NOT have class on Thursday, August 20th to allow for all of the schools' Meet the Teacher Night. 👩‍🏫📚✏️✂️All other STRONG classes will be as regularly scheduled for the rest of August. I hope to see you tomorrow night (Thursday, August 13th) for STRONG with WEIGHTS at 5:45 PM. 🤩💪
