LIFT Barbell Club A community of individuals who love to lift.

Our mission is to find highly motivated individuals, with and emphasis on student athletes, who aspire to learn and/or be competitive in strength sports. Athletes will learn to perform lifts safely, and correctly, as well as build strength, and improve conditioning in a fun, highly motivational environment. Members of Grayskull Barbell will have the opportunity to compete throughout the year in lo

cal and regional meet with the ultimate goal of qualifying for national events and breaking some records!
