Here is a valuable piece of information from Drew Baye - Exercise Specialist specializing in High Intensity Training - regarding exercising when you are not feeling well: "You should avoid working out when you are sick or even just very fatigued, because you will not be able to exercise as effectively, your body's ability to recover and adapt is compromised, and it will worsen the illness and/or fatigue due to the demands on the immune system (inflammatory response to muscle damage) and stress on the body in general."
