New belt squat PR 367 lbs 1.22.26, my last PR 312 9.30.25. It is safe to say that our progressive overload training is working for me. It has made me work smarter not harder. It has not been easy getting my mind to believe that more time in the gym does not equal more gains for me⦠I now know the right amount of time in the gym along with proper recovery does. I lift for approx an hour 3 to 4 times a week and throw in some cardio sprint work in the form of modified hyrox workouts 2x weekly. Come check us out!
