Jenny has been a dedicated fitness coach for more than 20 years, and her passion for helping people transform their lives runs deep. She knows that fitness is about far more than lifting weights or logging for miles—it’s about the confidence you build, the energy you gain, and the way you start showing up for yourself every day.

For Jenny, the real magic lies in the non scale victories: better sleep, improved flexibility, more strength in daily life, and that spark of self belief that grows with every workout. She loves watching clients discover what they’re capable of, often long before the scale ever moves.

Jenny lives by the 80/20 rule, embracing balance and sustainability in everything she teaches. She believes in nourishing your body, challenging your limits, and yes—enjoying the slice of birthday cake without guilt.

Her mission is simple: Help people feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own skin.
