HOW WE WANT IT TO BE 🥋
Everyone loves the idea of success. We imagine a straight road from setting a goal to achieving it—a clear path with no fear, no mistakes, no setbacks, and no moments of doubt. But the journey toward becoming stronger is rarely that simple.
The path begins with a decision.
Set a goal.
An old samurai understood that a destination means little without the discipline to begin walking. The first step may be small, but it changes everything. You start with hope, determination, and the belief that your effort will eventually lead somewhere meaningful.
Then comes the first challenge.
You may feel confident at the beginning, but soon you discover that progress is not a straight line. There will be moments of starting, followed by failing. You may question yourself. You may begin doubting your abilities, your choices, and even the goal you once believed was possible.
But failure is not the end of the journey.
It is part of the training.
Like an experienced warrior sharpening his blade, you continue practicing. You learn from every mistake. You repeat the difficult movements. You fall, rise, and try again. Slowly, what once seemed impossible begins to feel familiar.
Then comes learning.
Every obstacle teaches something. Every defeat carries a lesson. Every difficult day can build patience, discipline, and character. Progress may not always be visible, but that does not mean progress has stopped.
Of course, there will still be times when you feel completely lost.
You may look at others and think they are moving faster. You may wonder whether all your effort is worth it. The road may become steep, confusing, and exhausting.
Keep going.
Because after struggling, something changes.
You begin getting it.
The skills become stronger. Your mind becomes calmer. Your experience starts connecting the lessons you learned through failure, practice, and persistence. You realize that every difficult moment was shaping the person capable of reaching the next level.
And eventually, you may stand at a point you once thought was impossible.
Achieve it.
But even then, remember the wisdom of the warrior: achievement is not simply about reaching the top. It is about the person you become while climbing.
The strongest samurai was not created during easy days. He was shaped by long roads, repeated failures, lonely training, painful lessons, and the courage to continue when the destination could not yet be seen.
So do not fear the difficult parts of your journey.
Do not be ashamed of starting small.
Do not let failure convince you to stop.
Your path may rise and fall. You may struggle, doubt, learn, lose your direction, and discover it again. That is not proof that you are failing.
That is proof that you are moving.
Keep your goal in front of you. Train with patience. Practice with discipline. Learn from every setback.
The road to success is never a straight line—but every step can make you stronger. ⚔️
