Train for power!

Train to sprint as fast as you can.
Train to lift heavy weights with intent.

Sprinting, jumping, changing direction and lifting weights with INTENT will lead to more explosiveness when you’re fatigued.

If you train at 50% effort, you’ll get dusted when you’re fatigued. Train at 100% effort, and you’ll bury your competition when you’re fatigued.

JUMP TRAINING

Volleyball, track, basketball, baseball, soccer and football players all get their work in.

Being able to absorb and redirect force is huge for every sport. Train each part of the jump to prevent injuries and improve explosiveness.

Pairing these movement with strength training will improve eccentric, tendon and reactive strength, as well as speed, power and overall force production.
