As we get ready for another Barn Comp this weekend, we’re reminded of what makes the ninja community so incredible and how much the sport has evolved.
We’ve had the opportunity to hear from two different perspectives, the Folsom parents, who have watched their family grow alongside the sport, and Daniel Gil, who has been competing on the international stage for more than a decade.
The obstacles have changed. The skills have changed. Moves that once seemed impossible are now being trained by the next generation of athletes. But through all that evolution, one of the best parts of ninja has stayed the same: the community.
