Senior Games athletes are rewriting the story of aging. 💪
They’re pushing back on old stereotypes and showing what strength, joy and determination look like. And the best part? Senior Games athletes are inspiring all of us to get moving, challenge ourselves and keep proving what’s possible.

Are you 55+ and ready to join a fun group for expert guidance and accountability in building strength, balance and agility? Then look NO FURTHER!....
This group is for someone:

🤩 - 55 years old or older

💪 - interested in gaining or maintaining muscle mass and bone density

🙋 - who wants to get up and down from the floor into their 90s!

✈️ ⛳️ - who’s picture of aging includes independence, traveling, babysitting grandkids, caregiving, gardening, return to sports - or causing trouble in the nursing home (if they ever need to live in one! 😉)

👎 - who’s tired of ageism in our society and healthcare system....
This class meets 2x/week.
We have openings in our Tuesday/Thursday classes at:
9:00am, 10:00am and 4:30pm. ....
The UBStronger 55+ class is designed and led by a Physical Therapist specialized in older adult fitness.....
