For the last 6-8 weeks these ladies set a goal of doing a body weight pull-up. None of them have ever done one. This morning 3 of them were able to do one! Nice work ladies. No matter what it is, consistency is key when trying to reach any health or fitness goal. It can be as simple as trying to get up off the floor easier or it can be to be lift your body weight. We can accommodate anyone and everyone. We have small group training sessions morning, noon and night so message us if you are ready to try it out.

✈️ ⛳️ - who’s picture of aging includes independence, traveling, babysitting grandkids, caregiving, gardening, return to sports - or causing trouble in the nursing home (if they ever need to live in one! 😉)

This class meets 2x/week.
