Balance check! Wish you were falling off the beam less at practices? Want to walk with confidence? Well for our next clinic, Coach Shelley will be helping all Beginner and Level 1 girls hone in their skills on the beam on September 3. Come learn basic walks and movements to help you level up! Limited spots are available, so sign up now with the front desk in person or via email/phone.

Our first fall session is in full swing, and classes are filling up fast! We have Parent & Toddler class openings on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and a new beginner girls class has opened up on Wednesdays at 7:00! Sign up while we still have space!

The beginning of Aug we got to go to USAG congress and learn from the best! While there we also got to go to the Championship for Men's and Women's gymnastics. All our coaches that went got to photo bomb Fredrick Richard while on high bar.

Kya is our Coach of the Month! 🎉 Kya loves coaching gymnastics. She loves seeing kids excel and cheering them on when they accomplish new skills!
Outside of the gym, Kya is an artist. She loves making art and has been learning how to make art for video games.
Her favorite gymnastics event to teach is bars because it was her favorite event when she did gymnastics. She loves teaching back hip circles the most on bars.
