This class is focused on a sample of recovery, small muscle recruitment, and injury prevention techniques. You will participate in mobility, soft tissue work, and stability methods in circuit-style training. From there, you will be coached on how to implement techniques into your training and athletic preparedness, while learning about how they reduce the risk of injury
