Introducing Pilates for Dancers at TDE!

Designed specifically with dancers in mind, this class will focus on building core strength, flexibility, balance, stability & body awareness to support stronger dance technique and help prevent injuries.

Dancers will work on control, alignment, posture, and overall movement quality, giving them the tools to feel stronger and more confident in the studio.
