Today we are celebrating two wonderful women who are part of our Perle family.
Congratulations to Kate on becoming a grandma for the very first time, and congratulations to her daughter Mary Howell, our amazing behind-the-scenes social media manager, on the birth of her precious baby!

A new child is one of God's sweetest blessings—a gift that brings joy, hope, wonder, and a love unlike any other. The arrival of a baby changes a family forever, filling hearts with gratitude and creating memories that will be treasured for generations.

Kate, we know your heart is overflowing as you begin this new journey as Lou Lou, and we couldn't be happier for you.

This comprehensive training required extensive study in classical Pilates methodology, anatomy, biomechanics, cueing, and hands-on teaching practice.
