Torn UCL didn’t end his season, it started his comeback 🔥💯

Evan Kopf, a 19-year-old college baseball pitcher, suffered a UCL injury during his freshman year and was told recovery could take 9–12 months. But through dedicated rehab and training at MECA, he returned to play ahead of schedule, and his doctors were shocked by his progress.

The most dominant wrestlers usually have something in common—they're strong, explosive, and durable. And here's the thing: those physical traits are 100% trainable.

The problem? Most wrestlers just haven't been shown how to train them properly.

Let me break down the five movements:

1. Chin ups — for upper body pulling strength, grip, and shoulder stability
2. Trap bar deadlifts — hammers everything you use to lift, drive, and explode through your opponent
3. Trap three raises — key muscles that protect the shoulder and help you stay in position
4. Dips — build serious pressing strength for pushing, posting, and sprawling
5. Split squats — the king of single leg movements for shooting harder and finishing faster

Wrestling is essentially a single leg sport when you break it down. Strong, balanced legs change everything.
