4. Prioritize Sleep Like It’s Medicine
→ Improve recovery, hormone production, immune function & mental clarity.
5. Calm the Nervous System Daily
→ You can’t heal in fight or flight. Breathwork, walks, and boundaries help your body finally exhale.
6. Heal the Gut
→ Less bloating, stronger immunity, better mood — it all starts in the gut.
7. Add Intervals at the End of Training Sessions
→ Improve cardiovascular health, boost VO2 max, and burn more fat in less time.
8. Eat Whole, Real Foods & Prioritize Protein
→ More energy, fewer crashes, better muscle tone, and long-term satiety.
