If your goal is fat loss and the scale hasn’t moved, we need to be honest about what’s happening.

Yes, muscle weighs more than fat and yes I say this to my clients all the time 🤗

And…

If you are strength training, getting stronger, building muscle, your measurements are going down, your clothes are fitting better, and your body composition is changing… I don’t care if the scale is moving slowly. Those are great signs of progress. 🙌

BUT…

If weeks are going by and your weight isn’t trending down, your measurements aren’t changing, your clothes fit the same, and your progress photos look the same, then we can’t simply blame it on muscle.

Something needs to change.

Maybe your portions need adjusting.
Maybe you’re not tracking as accurately as you think.
Maybe weekends are adding more calories than you realize.
Maybe you need more consistency.

And no, it’s not always your metabolism.

Your body is incredibly adaptable, but fat loss still requires a calorie deficit over time.

So if fat loss is your #1 goal, look at the whole picture not just one weigh-in.

📊 Track your weight trend
📏 Take measurements
📸 Take progress photos
👖 Pay attention to how your clothes fit
💪 Track your strength
🍽️ Be honest with your nutrition

Muscle gain is a real reason the scale can move slowly but it shouldn’t become an excuse to ignore the data.

Be honest with yourself.
Track accurately.
Stay consistent.
Adjust when needed.

That’s how you get results. 🔥

At 70 years old, Jennifer decided it was time to take her health into her own hands. ❤️‍🔥

She started her journey with a few important goals: work on her bone health, improve her balance, and get stronger.

And I want to share her story because it is such an important reminder:

It is NEVER too late to start strength training.

As women go through menopause and beyond, maintaining muscle and bone strength becomes especially important. We naturally lose muscle mass and bone density as we age, which can affect strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

That’s why physical activity matters so much. 💪

🏋️‍♀️ Strength training helps us maintain and build muscle and supports our bones.

⚖️ Balance exercises help us improve stability and confidence and balance should NOT be something we start thinking about only when we are older. Everyone should train balance at every age.

🚶‍♀️ Regular movement and physical activity help us stay mobile, capable, and independent.

Jennifer is proof that you don’t have to start at 30, 40, or even 50.

You can start at 70.

You can start wherever you are, with the body you have today, and build from there.

Getting older is not a reason to stop moving.

It’s one of the biggest reasons to keep moving. ❤️

Jennifer, I’m so proud of the work you’re putting in! Your strength journey is just getting started. 💪👏

Ladies, don’t wait for your balance or strength to decline before you start working on them. Start today. Your future self will thank you.

7 HABITS that kept me lean for the last 10 years👇

1️⃣ Walking 10K+ a day
2️⃣Lifting weight 3 times a week for 45 minutes
3️⃣Drinking 80oz +Water a day
4️⃣Being aware of my daily calories
5️⃣Eating 115gr. of Protein most days
6️⃣Using the 80/20 rule when eating out
7️⃣Sleeping at least 7 hours most nights

There is nothing crazy about any one of these habits listed, they are only habits right??

Only the fact that when they are done consistently and all together, they produce great results 🔥

Is there a special secret? No.
You get to learn one habit at a time, you stack them step by step and slowly you start to make changes till you hit your goals.

So many people are looking for quick fixes or secrets, but the reality is there's no such thing.

Hope this helps and inspires you 🙌

Today, after spending 8 hours in my basement training clients, I headed out for my walk at 4 p.m.

Why? Because even as a coach, I still have to prioritize my own health.

No matter how busy life gets, your body still needs movement. Whether you’re working long hours, taking care of your family, or juggling a packed schedule, your health cannot always be the last thing on your list.

You don’t have to spend hours at the gym. A walk, a quick workout, or simply getting your steps in can make a huge difference in your energy, mood, and long-term health.

Remember: you come first. When you take care of yourself, you have more to give to everyone else.

Commit to doing something every day that makes you healthier, stronger, and feel better. Your future self will thank you.

💜 Your workout is a privilege, not a punishment.

Some days motivation is high.
Some days it’s nowhere to be found.

Do I always feel confident in my body?
No.

Do I always wake up excited to work out?
Also no.

I’m human, just like everyone else.

But every morning I remind myself of something important:

💪I am healthy enough to move.
💪I have a body that allows me to get stronger.
💪Every workout is an investment in my future.

Life gets busy. Kids need you. Work piles up. The house needs cleaning. Unexpected things happen.

But if you never make time for your health today, you’ll eventually be forced to make time for illness tomorrow.

That’s why I protect my workout time. Sometimes it means saying “not right now” to other demands. Not because I’m selfish but because taking care of myself allows me to show up better for everyone else.

Fitness isn’t about having the perfect body.
It’s about building a stronger, healthier, more capable version of yourself.

Every workout is a vote for the life you want to live years from now.

🙏 I’m grateful that I can move, lift, sweat, and challenge myself. And as long as I have that opportunity, I’ll never take it for granted.

❤️ Don’t wait until you have to take care of your health.

Start because you’re lucky enough to be able to.

Your future self will thank you. 💪💜

One of the biggest fears coaches have is this...

What happens when I'm not there?

Will my clients stop?
Will they lose motivation?
Will they fall back into old habits?

As I left for Italy to spend time with my family, I wondered the same thing.

Then something beautiful happened.

Every day I opened my app, I saw workouts being completed. I received messages from clients telling me they had finished their recorded training. Some followed my recorded videos, others used their personalized programs in the app, but they all had one thing in common...

They kept showing up.

Not because I was there watching.
Not because I reminded them.
But because they made a commitment to themselves.

That is when I realized something...

I'm not just helping women exercise. I'm helping them become the kind of person who prioritizes her health no matter what life looks like.

That makes me emotional.

Because that's exactly why I do what I do.

To every one of my incredible clients: thank you for trusting me, believing in the process, and proving that this journey is about so much more than losing weight. It's about building strength, confidence, discipline, and a lifestyle that doesn't stop when your coach goes on vacation.

You didn't just maintain your progress while I was away.

You became stronger in every sense of the word.

I am so proud of each and every one of you. ❤️

Now I am back let's keep building on this momentum together! 💪

Today I attended a webinar led by my physician on weight loss, muscle building, protein, and GLP-1 medications, and I couldn’t help but smile.

Everything discussed reinforced what I’ve been teaching my clients for years:

💪 Weight loss is important, but protecting and building muscle is essential.
🥩 Eating enough protein isn’t optional, it’s a key part of preserving lean muscle, supporting metabolism, and staying strong.
🏋️‍♀️ Strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve body composition, bone health, and healthy aging whether you’re losing weight naturally or using GLP-1 medications.

The goal shouldn’t be to become a smaller version of yourself. The goal is to become a stronger, healthier, more capable version of yourself.

As a coach, I never stop learning. I love staying current with the latest research because it allows me to give my clients the best possible guidance. And it’s always encouraging when the science continues to support the principles I’ve believed in all along.

✨ Build muscle.
✨ Eat your protein.
✨ Focus on long-term health not quick fixes.

Your future self will thank you!

⚡ Do you wake up tired, feel hungry just a few hours later, and end up starving by the evening?

The solution might start with your breakfast.

A high-protein breakfast can help increase satiety, stabilize blood sugar levels, and reduce cravings throughout the day. It’s not just about calories, it’s about the hormonal and metabolic signals that influence your hunger and energy.

🥩 Eggs, Greek yogurt, meat, fish, or other high-quality protein sources can make the difference between feeling in control of your day and constantly searching for something to eat.

✅ check here a simple, delicious, protein-packed breakfast:

🍳 🥑 combines eggs, avocado, and smoked salmon( sub with Turkey or a piece of Parmesan), a powerful combination of protein, healthy fats, and essential nutrients to keep you full and energized for hours.

Save this post and share it with someone who skips breakfast or lives on cereal and milk!
