Morning crew, this one’s for you ☀️

Starting this week, our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning classes will shift to:

⏰ 6:00am
⏰ 7:00am

Monday and Friday mornings will remain at 6:30am and 7:30am.

We hope these new mid-week times make it even easier to fit class into your routine and give you a little more time afterward for school drop-off, dog walks, your commute, or whatever the day has in store.

As always, we appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine the schedule and make it work as well as possible for our community!

Friday night plans: 15 friends, a barre class, and a great cause 🧡

Last week, our instructor Kylie () hosted a special fundraiser class at Motion Study to support her journey to the NYC Marathon, and we had the opportunity to welcome her and a room full of friends into the studio for an evening of movement, community, and connection.

One of our favorite things about this space is seeing it bring people together, whether that’s for a fundraiser, team event, birthday, private class, or simply an excuse to work out with friends.

Need a little mood boost? ✨ Bounce is one of those classes that somehow manages to be challenging, energizing, and ridiculously fun all at the same time 🙂‍↕️

Expect low-impact cardio, great music, and 45 minutes that fly by faster than you think. You’ll leave feeling stronger, sweatier, and probably in a better mood than when you walked in 🤍

Never tried it before? Summer is the perfect time! Our Summer Passport includes 20 classes for $400 through September 30, making it a great opportunity to mix in Bounce alongside Barre, Strength, Cardio, and Pilates Mat while keeping your routine flexible all season long ☀️

There’s so much conversation around perimenopause right now, but not always a lot of clarity.

This workshop is meant to cut through some of the noise and give women practical information around pelvic health, strength training, bone density, mobility, and how to use your workouts to support your body through this phase of life.

We’ll begin with an educational seminar + open discussion led by Dr. Christina Saia, followed by a Barre + Strength class with Julie Chrzan designed specifically with these concepts in mind.

A space to ask questions, learn something new, move your body, and better understand what’s happening and why it matters 🤍

A barre classic for a reason ✨

Pretzel is one of those exercises we come back to again and again because it does so much in one position 🥨 strengthening the glutes and deep core while also improving hip mobility, posture, and stability.

The small pulses may look simple, but they challenge your body in a super targeted, low-impact way that really works 🔥

And when Denise is teaching it, expect her to work her magic and help you find the position even deeper 👀

P.S. We’ll be closed Sunday + Monday for Memorial Day weekend, but there are still plenty of chances to get your barre fix in before then. Will we see you in class? 🤍
