One bad apple can spoil the bunch. Once in a while I need to get rid of a person. Negative energy has got to go! Your complete lack of coachability doesn't work here. Buh-bye! I won't allow culture cancer to remain in my gym. Believe it or not it's a positive place and I'm gonna keep it that way.

And yes I do some yelling. And I won't be stopping! This is a working gym. "That light is green, get to work!" If you don't want to hear stuff like that then hit the road! W**d yourself out. Buh-bye.

28 years this gym has been bring the positive benefits of boxing to the community. And I think I got a few more years in me.

Beginner's classes? When? So the gym has been running at max capacity the last few months. Plenty of people. This has made it difficult for me to start new beginner's classes. I need to be able to absorb the beginner's into the Int/Adv classes & kids classes... when the students are ready to advance.

And my point? When people talk to me in person or on the phone I recommend to them that they send me an email. Then I can email them info. about my upcoming classes when I get it all figured out.

But many people do not do what I suggest. That's a bit confusing to me. But it's somewhat common.

Work within my system. Do what I suggest. And I'll try to help you. If not... so be it. I can't help you.
