FHIT GRIT will be held on Thursdays at 9:30AM starting 6/11

Expect to see workouts like these with the FHIT Bois over the next 8 weeks. They’ll challenge you, build camaraderie with your teammates, and ultimately test just what you’re capable of 💪

Honor Memorial Day with us by trying our at-home Murph workout 💪

The Murph is a workout created by CrossFit in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan on 6/28/05. This challenging workout is meant to honor those who have died for our freedom. The full Murph challenge consists of a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and ends with another 1-mile run.
